Garlic Achaar Creamy Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:

 

  • 8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or spaghetti)
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Garlic Achaar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut milk
  • Salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste
  • Grated Parmesan (optional)

 

How to Make:

 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, sauté garlic in butter/oil until golden.
  3. Stir in garlic achaar, then add cream and simmer gently.
  4. Toss in cooked pasta and mix well. Finish with lemon juice and cheese.
